TIME!!! Water damage WILL get worse if left untreated… fast! Mold can begin to germinate in as little as 48-72hours. Hardwood floors, drywall, and trim can all be saved the majority of the time. As long as the drying process is started within the first 12-24 hours, there is hope. We have specialty commercial grade drying equipment in our arsenal, and we’re not afraid to use it!
Some other companies would prefer to demo “as much as possible”, in attempt to increase the overall cost of the mitigation and reconstruction end of the project.
Not us! We save what others can’t!
If mold or microbial growth is present for any reason, our industry standard dictates we follow strict procedures during the remediation process.
It’s not a “just spray this on it” thing, in fact dead mold spores can have the same negative health effects, as live spores.
All areas of your home or business will be contained, and negative pressure established. Think of “negative pressure” as a vacuum within the containment to prevent any cross contamination, it won’t allow any dust or harmful particulants to escape the containment.
We can treat any microbial growth with a green product if you would prefer!
Whether you intend to file an insurance claim, or not… Our process remains the same. We document the entire mitigation or remediation process with photos, videos, detailed drying logs, and even list affected content from furniture, clothing, electronics etc. With measurements, serial/model numbers, color, quantity, and take photos as well!
We provide a 3D rendering and floor plan for most projects.
All services provided will be documented in a detailed line itemized list with cost attached.
This provides you with everything you should need for the insurance claims process, or just to keep in personal files.
We’re also happy to communicate directly with your insurance provider if needed!
